To send or print an after care or administrative document for a patient, click the Education Icon.
To issue a document(s) to a patient, select the patient from the drop down menu. You can either have all educational resources in your system come up as options or filter the list to those that are specific to the patient by selecting the “Only Specific to Patient” option along the top of the window.
To send the documents via the Patient Portal, check the boxes in the ‘Provide Patient’ column next to the name of the documents, which are to be sent, then click the Provide Resource to Patient button.
To send your patient home with a hard copy of the documents, click on the underlined name of each individual document. This will open up a separate viewing window for each document. Print the documents from their respective windows.
