To schedule an appointment, click the Calendar Icon on the Practice Dashboard.
Within the Scheduler window, double-click the time slot you would like to schedule an appointment in.
Select Provider, Chart Type, Location, Room Number, Reason, Chief Complaint, Appointment Status and Appointment Type. Appointment Length may be easily adjusted from your pre-set calendar defaults with the convenient drop down time-selector. Search for and select a patient, then click the Save button to update your calendar.
To update the status of an appointment, double click the appointment on the calendar; update the Appointment Type from the drop down menu and click Save.
You can also update the status of your appointment from the Patient Encounter tab within the Appointments Window and from the Encounters Icon. The calendar and appointment color-coding will be updated in real time.
